These terms are an agreement between you and VinciVision LLC (Florida, USA), the maker of Bayleaf. By creating an account or using Bayleaf, in the app, on this website, or through an AI assistant like ChatGPT, you agree to them.
Bayleaf keeps your recipes as recipe cards, with versions, notes and your staples, and lets AI assistants you connect save and read them for you. Bayleaf is new and still improving, so features may change, and it is provided “as is”.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
You own what you save. You give us permission only to store, process and show it back to you, and to the assistants you connect, so Bayleaf can work. We don't sell it. See the privacy policy.
Recipes in Bayleaf come from you or from AI assistants and other sources you choose. We don't check them. Use your own judgment about ingredients, allergies, dietary needs, cooking temperatures and food safety.
Don't misuse Bayleaf: no illegal content, no attempts to access other people's data, and no disrupting or overloading the service.
You can stop using Bayleaf and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
To the extent the law allows, VinciVision LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for losses from using or not being able to use Bayleaf. Keep your own copy of recipes that matter to you (you can copy any recipe from its card).
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app.
